Interested youth should submit a C.I.T. application (available at the Town Hall Recreation Office) by the deadline of April 27, 2012 to be considered. For more information or to obtain a C.I.T. application, please contact the Recreation Office at 452-1972.

In order to register your child you must have current immunization records, health insurance information, emergency contact phone numbers, and proof of residency ID. Health forms are available at the Town Hall Rec. Dept. before registration. If your child takes medication you must have a prescription from the doctor stating how and when medication is dispensed. A swim instructor will be at registration to help determine your child’s swim level.
