 NEW Training Requirements for Contractors pertaining to sites disturbing one acre or more.

 Contractors must receive a minimum of 4-hours of training for soil erosion and sediment control in every three year period and carry proof of the training certification. If the construction site will disturb more than one acre of land, a trained contractor must be present on the site.
